SHIPPING POLICIES

Free shipping on ALL ORDERS to addresses within the United States!

Most orders will be packed and ready to ship out within 1-3 business days. Exceptions include made-to-order bulk quantities, as well as holidays and scheduled out-of-office dates. Feel free to contact HouseOfMossShop@gmail.com if you need your order to arrive by a specific day, and I'll be happy to work with you.

Orders within the U.S. will arrive by USPS Ground Advantage and will include tracking. If you would like to arrange for rush shipping, let me know before purchasing and I can adjust the shipping price.

International orders will be shipped by different carriers/services depending on the weight, urgency, tracking, etc. International customs paperwork will be marked as "merchandise," not "gift." Please contact me if you have any questions.
